All unfinished games are shown with a delay of 3 moves and the other player agreed explicitly to this kind of publication.

As IECG, has no specific regulations on showing "on-going" games. I am using the following guidelines:
1. Asking for written permission to the other player and tournament secretary.
2. Games are shown with 3-moves delay.
3. Start of broadcasting at least on move 10.
4. No "twin" games.
I intend to update the game scores about every 14 days.
